Historic, beautiful holiday home, right on the Kiel Canal

You live in the historic canal house from 1895, outside the village of Neuwittenbek, directly on the Kiel Canal.
In an absolutely secluded location and yet only 15 minutes from the state capital Kiel, where the world-famous Kiel Week takes place every year in June.
The Baltic Sea beaches Eckernförde, Schilksee and Kiel can be reached quickly by car.
The nearby sea coast and the buckling landscape of Schleswig Holstein are ideal for swimming and extensive hiking and cycling.
The breathtaking view of the Neuwittenbek nature reserve and passing ships from all over the world guarantee a vacation from the start.
The Jacobs Weg leads right past the house.
The apartment was completed in 2013.
During the renovation, we have preserved the beautiful character of the old house. Historical building materials were used and the technical equipment was brought up to the latest standard.
In the rooms in which the old house offered the possibility, there is underfloor heating that can be individually adjusted according to your wishes. A safe is available for your valuables.
Coziness and comfort were our maxim when designing the apartment, with a fascinating, individual style.
The equipment of the 120 m² apartment offers five-star comfort with modern, fully equipped kitchen,
cozy TV room, fire view with rotating fireplace.
South terrace and west balcony for beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine.
The 5000 m² show garden right by the house offers an abundance of plants and nice places for relaxation.
