Guests enjoy a gorgeous brand new bathroom and hotel quality towels. Whether you’re unwinding or working, this brand new remodeled studio offers a cozy retreat with everything you need. The space features a queen bed, a full size futon and a blow up mattress. Studio has private fenced in back yard with outdoor seating and propane fireplace.The studio is between our family home and another short term rental. There is a private entrance with parking directly in front. Located 15 mins from downtown Nevada city and Grass Valley. 22 mins from the 49 Yuba river crossing. There is Starlink internet access. Up to 2 pets are welcome with pet fees.
