Beautiful

Beautiful hotel in the fairy chimney. We had a little kitten in our room that was adorable and friendly. Breakfast was great and the rooftop allows you to see all the balloons pass by.

I see why the word “unique” is in this hotel’s name. Truly built into the rock structure like no other hotel ive ever stayed at. Modern great bathroom. Took one star off for no air conditioning… it does cool off at night in that area more than most of Turkey, but I like a room with a/c. Otherwise a spectacular visit .

The room was nice and nestled along some ruins. The approach to the hotel is off the path but is still easy to find. The water runs hot! So using the bathtub to soak was really nice. The breakfast provided was a treat, lots of different options to choose from. The gentleman at the front desk hooked it up with a heater, I stayed in November and it was pretty chilly. They made sure the room was warm and comfortable.

We were so fortunate to have booked this hotel while in Cappadocia for four days in late January. Our entire experience at the cave hotel was perfect! From checking-in to our cave room on day 1 to arranging of airport transfer for our departure day, all staff members we encountered were truly helpful, kind and professional. We booked our hot-air balloon flight through the hotel, too. We couldn’t be grateful enough! We even had a chance to meet, talk and dine with the owner of the hotel who is very personable and pleasant. Cave rooms preserve natural uniqueness yet are maintained warm and cozy with well thought interior designs. The cleanliness of bed linens, overall room service and stable room temperature made the unique cave hotel very comfortable. Breakfasts were consistently very good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Located about a 7-minute walk from the main bus station, Turan hotel is conveniently located to go around Goreme in terms of transport, restaurants, and shopping around local stores. Not to mention the amazing terrace from where you can view the hot-air balloons in mornings or the unique caves of the city throughout the day. We will definitely be back.

biz iki aile gittik yılbaşı için tercih ettik. bizim odamız yine iyiydi biraz. Tv çalışmıyordu arkadaşlarımızın odasının çarşafı yırtık wc hep kokuyor ve buz gibiydi açtık dediler ama geri kapattılar galiba sıcaklığı donduk çünkü. bir daha asla tercih edebileceğim bir otel değil.

Oda konforu çok iyi değildi özellikle yatağın bulunduğu konum ergonomik değildi . Oda içinde bulunan banyo ve WC nin sadece bir duşakabünle bölünmüş olması çok vasat ve durumdu . Duş sonrası nem ve koku oluşuyor odada . Biz farklı bir deneyim için mağara oda olsun istedik ama fotoğraflara aldandık . Oda fotoğrafta göründüğünden çok daha küçük . Hele ki camlarda sineklik olmaması hiç de kabul edilebilir dediği . Havalandırma ihtiyacı oluyor sürekli ve cam alamıyorsunuz . İlk girdiğimiz gün camlar açık olduğu için her yer sinek kaynıyordu . Çözüm olarak sinek ilacı istedim ve öyle hallettik . Mutfak ise çok küçük ve üzerinize sürekli bir koku siniyor . Mağar otel tercih edilmemeli . Otelin konumu gayet iyi kalınacaksa da konum için kalınır .

Fiyat performans iyi otantik bir otel.

Doğal peribacasının içinde şirin bir odada konaklayabileceğiniz, kış ayları için ideal sıcacık odaları var. Jakuzi güzeldi ama odanın penceresinin olmaması havalandırma açısından biraz sorun yarattı. Lavabosu çok konforlu değildi, elimizi yüzümüzü yıkarken heryerler su oluyordu. Kahvaltıyı yaptığınız terastan balonları izlemen çok keyifliydi. Genel olarak önerilir. Personel de güleryüzlüydü.

Check-in ve check-out süreci sorunsuzdu. Odada bir önceki misafirden kalma kullanılmış sabun ve banyoda saç teli vardı. Bunun dışında cave içerisi oldukça nemliydi ve kokusu rahatsız ediciydi buna çözüm olarak işletmenin bulduğu vantilatör çözümü maalesef ki pek işe yaramamakta. Jakuzi çalıştırıldığında garip bir koku yaymaya başladı. Bu hususlar dışında oda genel olarak güzeldi. Cave deneyimi ilk kez yaşayan birisi için yine de keyifli bir deneyimdi.
