Would highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in the area. Super convenient location and the host is super sweet and communicative. The place has everything you could need during your stay and was super spacious for the 2 of us, definitely family friendly. It was the perfect place for our time away

This condo had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It’s in a great location right on the river on a quiet dead end street. Everything is just a short drive away. It’s very cozy and comfortable. The host has great communication and is very welcoming. The only issue we had was that the neighbors above us were very noisy, doing laundry at 11pm at night and kids running around. You can hear everything above you. Just part of having a bottom floor unit in most places though. Will definitely consider this place again the next time we’re in New Braunfels!

4 night stay

Stayed 4 nights. It is an older condo but very clean and convenient to everything. Easy parking, and even has covered parking available. Check-in and check out process very easy. Checkout is at 12 noon which was real nice. Would stay there again.

Guadalupe Fun

Easy peasy to I-35, close to historic downtown and a cool spot to put your tube in or kayak!!! We enjoyed our coffee on the back patio watching cardinals, deer across the river and a cranky old duck that is always looking for a bread crumb which we gladly served up for him!
