Our family really enjoyed our stay. The park is right next door and easily accessible. All the rides were great and the kids had a lot of fun. Really enjoyed the view right outside of our room.

Okay, but overpriced considering there wasn’t a resort office for supplies or needs on site. Off site from Schlitterbahn. Not on Waterpark grounds as advertised. Musty smell throughout.

So easy and convenient to Schlitterbahn. Very quick check in process. Room we had was 1 bedroom suite. It was spotless and updated. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Space was quiet. Highly recommend..

This was not a resort. The rooms were small, outdated and dirty. It was a more like a motel than a resort. Very overpriced given the rooms and facilities. Ice machine was non functional and front desk staff had no other options for quests. The grounds felt very dated and not family friendly. Only good quality was proximity to the Water Park. Staff did not advise us of events happening at the place during our stay (e.g., movie night) or the access to the park early for guests only being for a select area of the park that had to be accessed by bus. Really disappointing as a place to stay. Needs a major upgrade.

Pictures are very deceiving. Room had at least 10 coats of paint. Could not walk on the floors barefoot. Bathtub way too small. Water pressure was horrible. I should have just bathed in the swimming pool. The water park was closed so I have no comments. For $340 for 2 nights I was expecting a much nicer facility.

Property was nice. Door on room was hard to close and we were up early 6ish. Neighbors called in on us and person came to ask us if something crashed on the floor. Explained about door nothing was done. Neighbors put underwear outside to dry out not cool having my wife and under age son having to see that to go outside. Good location. Good price.
