The air conditioning was so loud when it would kick on it would wake us up, and we really couldn’t sleep at all in the bathroom was very very small

Better Cleaning

The stay was awesome but the cleanliness could have been better. The floors left the bottom of your feet black. My wife because she has ocd did pack her cleaning supplies so we dealt with it but we were vacationing, she shouldn’t have to until we were there after day 2. But day 1, it could have been better. My godson slept on the pull out and there was blood and other stains that was creepy. We had to go to the local Walmart and buy sheets. As well as the balcony, just because it is outside it can still use a broom and mop before occupancy. And the trimming around the balcony can be wiped off and not be so thick with outside dirt. Mind you, this was not our first stay. We have stayed on the resort numerous of times but this was a second time at the lofts and the first time was no different. Other than that my family and I will always book with you all and enjoy ourselves but we would love for the cleaning to be better. Thanks

Great place to stay

Clean and family friendly. There were deer all around. My kids just loved watching them from the balconoy and walking to the river seeing them. Plenty of room for our party of 5. We had to call the front desk twice and theybwere very prompt in helping us.

Service was impecable.

Dont waste your money. The sink stopped up. The toilet wouldn't flush. The beds kept moving all over the place. The sheets wouldnt stay on the the mattress. The place is so out dated. You cant adjust the ac temperature.

Was very excited about this property. Loved the set up and space. Sadly the location is not very convenient as I thought it was within the main park resort. Our first night we realized how this place was not great. You could hear every step noise from the people up stairs. We could not sleep. We were woken up at 6 am again by constant noise from the people above us. To top it off the smoke alarm started to beep due to low batteries. We found a roach in the bathtub that same morning. Needless to say, we requested to cancel the rest of the stay and got a different hotel. Staff was nice and understanding and made sure we weren’t charged for the rest of the days. Do appreciate them.
