Alue 51 on kaunis 1 makuuhuoneen ulkomaalainen ja avaruusaiheinen sviitti, joka sijaitsee New Castlen keskustassa Elk Creek Mining Companyn yläpuolella. Siinä on täydellinen keittiö ja ruokailutila, joka on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset omien aterioiden valmistamiseksi ja tarjoamiseksi. Kylpyhuoneessa on kylpytuotteita, kylpypyyhkeitä ja uima-allaspyyhkeitä vierailuun useisiin 10 minuutin päässä oleviin kuumiin lähteisiin. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, 55 tuuman T. V., laajennettu kaapeli, DVD / Blue Ray, Atari ja nopea Internet. Pyydämme, että lemmikkejä ei jätetä ilman valvontaa, elleivät he ole laatikossa. Tarjoamme alennuksia Iron Mountain Hot Springs-, koskenlasku- ja Glenwood Caverns Adventure -puistoon varauksen jälkeen. 130-vuotisen rakennuksen käytävät kuvaavat Uuden linnan kaivoshistoriaa. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä Rifle Mountain -puistosta, Flattop-vuoristosta, hiihtoa, moottorikelkkailua, metsästämistä, koskenlaskua ja tietysti kuumien lähteiden uima-altaita. Meillä on kirjoja, elokuvia ja lukuisia ulkomaalaisten teemapelejä. Kiinteistössä on 4 EV-latauspistettä, joissa J1772 240 voltin liittimet vaativat lisätietoja. Pyydämme, että lemmikkieläimet ilmoitetaan varauksen yhteydessä ja että niitä ei saa jättää vartioimatta, elleivät he ole laatikossa. We had an amazing three weeks in New Castle, Colorado. The Ore House Inn was the perfect location for us, close to friends and family in the Rifle/Silt area & the fun attractions in Glenwood Springs. John and Cori are exceptional hosts. They often checked in to see if we needed anything. I liked the accommodations and the conveniences they have at the property, especially the coin machine in the laundry room. They also have a cart with a plethora of supplies that you may need during your stay. This was our first time staying here, but we would love to come back as many times as we travel to Colorado! 10/10!!!! Loved our trip and stay at this well kept building!

Impressive Location, Comfy Accommodations

Great communication before and during our stay! It was great to find somewhere dog friendly in the cute little downtown area of New Castle! We thought we'd spend more time in Glenwood Springs than we did - New Castle ended up having great food options, and lots of fun places to explore and walk around. We'll be back for sure, thanks for a lovely experience!

My other half and our dog stayed here for Christmas. It was all around awesome. The owner was great and helped us figure out which way to get there from CO Springs. The room was better than expected. We had an awesome time and will be back to see the other rooms! The restaurant downstairs is really good too. Thank you!

Great stay

Nice, comfortable unit with great amenities and was super clean for us! The Roku TV was convenient for us since it's what we use at home. The restaurant has delicious food with friendly and helpful staff. Big surprise bonus - there is a dog bathing room that is just across the hall from Area 51! Overall, we really liked our stay here and highly recommend!

Perfect for any art enthusiast

We were lucky enought to come a day early and was able to experience two rooms. One was the Iceberg Lounge and the other was Area 51. Both rooms had had great art work thru out A/C and full kitchens with eveythung you could need. Only conplaint is that we left shower stuff in the bathroom and my full size bottles of shampoo and body wash were thrown away and our luffa were left in the floor in the hallway infront of our new suite. Pretty gross. Had to go replace salon shampoo and all natural body wash in the middle of our vacation was a pain.

Great stay, well kept!

We only stayed for one evening but the apartment was very well kept and incredibly clever. The check-in process was a breeze, John was very COVID aware (which we appreciated, and we really enjoyed the theme of the room. We'll definitely stay again if we are back in New Castle!

Great owners and fun themes

The property owners are really nice and super helpful. The unique themes make the stay fun! It is in an old building so the walls/windows are a bit thin so you can hear a lot. We turned on the fan which really helped with the noise. Overall a great stay!

We decided to rent one of John's VRBO units for a long weekend while we were visiting Glenwood Springs. We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was personable and accommodating. The food at the restaurant downstairs was great as well. 5 stars. Thanks for having us John.

The best!

This was by far one of the best properties to rent around the area. It was full of the aesthetic of an Area 51 themed room! We were amazed. The room was comfortable and we weren’t bothered. 5 HUGE STARS to AREA 51!!!

This place was absolutely amazing, clean and easy to find. The owner was very inviting and checked-in with me throughout our stay. The unit was conveniently located right above a restaurant which was nice to grab dinner. I plan to visit again and book @ The Ore House Inn but try another one of the theme rooms. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great historic location, awesome themed room. Bed was super comfy, hospitality was great and the alien theme made it even that much more memorable. Good food just downstairs and very close to Glenwood Springs activities.
