When entering the room there was absolutely no heat , the heat and a/c was broken in the room. In the closet they have a master craft heater to use that cuts in and out. The room was extremely dirty , there was hair on the toilet paper when we first got in , stains all on the walls and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like was going to collapse from water damage. Breakfast is limited and food is almost non edible.

It’s a very nice place to stay. Breakfast omelette is very good but could have a better verity of food. We stay at this hotel for the pool. It’s warm and usually not a lot of people if any in the pool.

Great breakfast options with omelette station. Pool was warm and inviting though the pool towels were a pretty small. Overall condition of the property was great. With only minor things like the very small elevator betraying its age. Would return.

The room was spotless and shoutout to Jay for efficient and friendly check in. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, even a very friendly chef to make an omelet or other egg dishes. We will definitely stay there again when we travel to Truro.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was fully accessible which was great for my husband using his walker. The only issue we found were a cluster of stink bugs in the upper corner of the room. Some were flying around and this should be looked at by the maintenance staff to get rid of the bugs.
