Cleanliness of facility needs attention. Garbage disposals should not be over flowing. Your breakfast person needs assistance in providing adequate food and maintaining cleanliness while patrons are self serving.

So-so stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that on check-in, we were asked if we minded that housekeeping would tend to our room every other day. We had no problem with that at all. We checked in on Monday. On Wednesday, we saw that housekeeping had come to the room while we were out. Beds were not made, but okay, that was fine. One trashcan had been emptied, but not the bathroom trash. There was one clean bath towel, three clean hand towels, and a new roll of toilet paper placed on one of the beds. We had hung up our towels after use, so that was fine too. That was the last sign that housekeeping ever came to our room during our six-night stay. On Saturday, we had to go to the front desk to ask for a roll of toilet paper. And we brought a bag of trash downstairs to dispose of because the cans in our room were full. When we checked out on Sunday morning, the front desk clerk asked how our stay was. When I told him about housekeeping, he just said, "Oh, sorry. Have a safe trip." Better training definitely needed.

I usually visit this hotel with my kids but i must say, there needs to be major improvement on the "complimentary breakfast". The breakfast was awfully cold, scrambled eggs was cold, wet and soggy. The kids could did not eat neither could I hence we had to dine elsewhere

My day was horrible. I did this trip to this hotel because of the waterslide that they have in the hotel, but to come to find out you had to make reservations which was hourly so you were only able to swim an hour and the price is ridiculous for just an hour to swim

Great Hotel very clean

The hotel was great very clean and the breakfast was very good. The pool heater was broken so we didn’t get to use it, but other than that it was a great stay.

The stay was over good but it was a bit uncomfortable the pull out sofa bed sheets were dirty an I requested for the facility to bring me a clean sheet which they did and the facility had ants crawling all over the room which was uncomfortable
