Again like the last two times we stopped in between our journey east and we weren't disappointed. Easy check in easy checkout. It was fast I walked in to the desk was asked my name given our key cards and a quick detail of the locations within the hotel. Rooms were clean and ready for our stay. Kitchen issues lack of commercial size oven.

Kitchen has lack of commercial Oven, the old one it’s broken and the administrator had the great idea to buy a small oven to save money. Now there’s a line at the breakfast that you won’t see not even in Cuba for food. What a disgrace for the Hotel owners. They are gonna loose guests because someone in from the administration doesn’t have brain.

This property is clean and rooms are spacious. Breakfast is amazing. During my stay, the pool heater was out and the pool was unbearably cold. Which sucks because the pool is the only reason we booked this hotel. Make sure to reserve pool time in advance. When calling and asking if we need to reserve, we were told no. When arriving we were told we need to reserve a time. Luckily it was still available when I got there, (probably because the water was too cold), but that miscommunication should be corrected.

The staff was great! I missed breakfast by a few minutes on my first day and the girl at the front desk was kind enough to open it for me, it’s little details like this that make the difference. Eveyone else was very welcoming and always with a smile, you can tell they enjoy what they do and feel comfortable in their workplace.
