Maybe the nicest and most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The furniture is stylish and comfortable, the in-room amenities (espresso, tea, kettle, sink/dishwasher/stovetop, mugs & glasses) are fantastic, and the gym has a great collection of free weights, treadmills/bikes, and weight machines.

Property is nice but the rooms are not quiet and could would wake up early because of the noise. You can literally hear the people above your room constantly walking around, can hear cleaning. It’s not a quiet hotel and was not able to sleep during my stay.

We had a fantastic experience at the Blake. It’s a beautiful property, convenient to so many things (entertainment, pizza, shopping). The room was clean, spacious and had many unexpected amenities. We definitely plan to return the next time we are in the area!

From the moment we arrived I knew I made the correct choice in our hotel stay. It was myself and Best friend coming to check out New Haven. The Blake is in the center of everything great easy walkable restaurant dining and Yale is a few minute walk away Staff Shout Outs: Emma -was absolutely amazing at the front desk gave so many insider tips on the area and always super happy to help anytime we had a question Susan: in the downstairs restaurant made my friends birthday celebration wonderful and the deconstructed tiramsu is a must try there. The rooms are quite big in my opionion for a downtown city hotel, I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered the room. The decor is very modern and having the kitchentte was really handy to have. Definetly will return to the Blake
