One of a kind lakefront home on beautiful Badin Lake! The main home features a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with an open concept kitchen and a family living room. Wrap-around deck or go down to the covered patio to relax in the hot tub or warm up by the fire! The separate guest cottage has a kitchen area, full bath, sitting/sleeping. There is even a game room over the detached 2 car heated and cooled garage, pool table and ping pong! Located within an hour of Charlotte or the Triad.

The house was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the lake but for a little bit as our group of friends met there to attend the Malpass Brothers Bluegrass and Country Music festival held at the Denton Farm Park. We slept at the house, got up and fixed breakfast then headed to the event until 10:30-11:00pm then came back to the house and relaxed for an hour or so, went to bed, got up in the morning and did it again. But the accommodations were very nice. Highly recommend the house.

family getaway

The Lake house was a blast to stay at. it was really nice not being directly in the city, though heads up there is a little drive to get to anything major (we liked this). The kids LOVED the billiard room and we all enjoyed the Hot tub. The couple issues we had were answered promptly by the host including the later hours questions. THANK YOU!!! The house is great for a large family to get together and enjoy time away from a big city but still be able to go do things if wanted!

Beautiful Lake House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect fit for our extended family. We had ample room and the boat house was a bonus! The home, lake, and landscaping were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the Olympics in the large family room. We also loved the proximity to the NC Zoo. I rated "location and neighborhood" four out of five stars only because the neighbors were very loud on Sunday and we heard gunshots on multiple occasions.

Family Trip for Family Wedding

What a great location for our family to call "Home Base" as we traveled South from Upstate New York to attending one of our Granddaughter's Wedding. There were a total of 15 of us enjoying this home. The younger portion of our family really got to enjoy the many advantages of the home. And the older adults (us included) really enjoyed the relaxation that is a big a part of the location for us. Great time

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing time with 16 people.This house has many amenities from Boat house, hot tub kayaks, pool table etc. Lots of seating outside to view the lake. Would have loved to take the pontoon boat out however a license is needed. Would like to add that a toaster is needed in the kitchen and that the jets in each seat of the hot tub have some that are not working. Overall I definitely would recommend renting this property.

Lots of room to spread out and enjoy all the spaces this property has to offer. Very clean and lots of extras - the kids enjoyed the kayaks and the game room! Hot tub is a nice feature. Family Time at Badin Lake

The kids really enjoyed our time in the quiety cove at Lake View Villa. All the amenities (ping pong, pool, Kayak, fishing, swimming, floats, hot tub, sitting on the porch and more.) The accomodations were well kept and up to date. I would say the property was much better equipped and stocked, than the pictures and written description would lead you to believe.

Wonderful family weekend!

We needed a spot to stay in New London to attend a family wedding. We had a large group so needed lots of room and sleeping space. We rented this house as soon as we found it. It beat our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and just overall a great find. The owner was fantastic to work with. We will certainly be back! Thanks for sharing it with us!
