This is located in the river bend area close to Audubon Park and Tulane campus. Oak street is 3 blocks from where the Po Boy festival takes place. The unit has new floors, paint central A/C. New kitchen and fridge. washer and dryer. It is very private and has a ton of art works on the walls. Mostly music festival framed art from the area. private back yard.
