There was a roach in two out of two rooms assigned so I left not having completed even one days stay, however the general manager refused to talk to me and would only refund half of the cost. I ended up having to leave the hotel 2 am and pay full price at another hotel for the full stay. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel. Very poor customer service.
