The staff was polite, however, the machines do not take one dollar bills, and they are very tight. Some scary ugly old prostitute broke into my car. My husband and i were fighting all night. It was just a bad atmosphere n bad vibes all around.

Location is close to family and I enjoyed the casino. The rooms need renovation carpets are in bad shape. I had to ask about the vip room credit I have missed out on this our last 4 stays. Overall great place to stay based on price location and Casino

Front desk ladies were nice enough. Although almost all the vending machines didn't work or stolen your money and they didnt seem too concerned on fixing them or issuing a refund. Rooms could use a little updating. Not enough bath towels for 2 ppl. Seems AC couldn't keep up and room seemed warm at night time. Bathrooms were clean bed was comfortable. Disappointed that everything closes so early & no options for night owls. The worst part was the i looked into the bottom of the ice bins that dispersed ice it was full of sludge & black mold. Very underwhelmed, not a place that i will go back to.

The room was clean and nice but I do think it’s time for the hotel to think about cleaning the carpet. And the young ladies that checked us in and the one that checked us out needs to work on their customers service skills , did not make you feel welcome at all. When we approached the counter we was not greeted she just asked are you checking in
