We stayed here to visit New Orleans and found it to be perfect. There are all kinds of shops around (grocery, mall, pharmacy, and lots of good restaurants). The drive to the French Quarter was an easy 15-20 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful, including eggs (scrambled and boiled), sausage, bacon, bagels, toast, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and juices. It was nice to have a sitting area in the room so we could spread out a bit, too.

The staff at check in and check out were great! The corporate policy to have music playing from the hallway ceiling all night long was not conducive to sleeping. The poor staff had no way to control the volume on the music. Location was conveniently close to the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Staff at the front was always so so nice and friendly. They helped when we needed extra blankets, TP and even when I forgot items in the room after check out. The room was spacious for a family of 3 adults and 1 infant. Breakfast was great, convenient, warm and clean environment. Wish the room was a little cooler and pool light worked, but other than that would totally stay again and recommend to others. Free, convenient parking & did I say lovely front desk staff?! Because they were fabulous!

The first guy who greeted us in the evening was very sweet and friendly — great first impression. However, when we walked into our room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes/smoke, which was really unpleasant. The room itself wasn’t very nice and could definitely use some updating or remodeling. The TV didn’t work properly — only basic cable, no Netflix or streaming options. Overall, not the most comfortable stay, but I guess you get what you pay for. I was glad we were only there for one night. On the positive side, the breakfast in the morning was great — good selection and friendly staff setting it up. Unfortunately, the front desk lady at checkout wasn’t very friendly and seemed to have a bit of an attitude, which was disappointing after a decent breakfast experience. Would I recommend? Only if you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to stay last minute. Otherwise, I’d look for other options.

We were assigned to Room 403. When opening the door we found the room belonged to someone else. Fortunately nobody there. The front desk attendant then gave us room 408. Later, as we were in bed, other people entered our room. They too had been given the wrong room. Lesson learned - lock the door!

We enjoyed our stay. We needed somehwere where we could just sleep after our fun in new orleans and baton rouge. The breakfast had options outaide of just bread and yogurt so my husband appreciated that. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well which my husband appreciated as well. All in all it was a good stay with friendly service.

Our stay was very comfortable. Felt safe, very friendly staff. Our room was top tier, very clean, roomy and no bed bugs. The only problem we hand was slow draining sink in bathroom. Other than that we were more than satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend.
