I loved staying at the Embassy Suites. The staff is very professional and it was displayed during a fire alarm that caused us all to exit. There was a sense of urgency, clarified instructions and courteous escorting out of the building and re-entrance. 2 THUMBS UP. My only complaint the trolleys were not available and there were those, disabled and elderly, that made numerous trips from the curb to the lobby. I offered assistance but how sad to witness this. The desk staff ,Ashley and Michelle and Valet, Walter, were absolutely the best and did their best but people were still keeping the trolleys away from the lobby area. Awesome trip!!!

We were there for our anniversary. The room was very noisy. There was some type of machine noise the entire stay. There were squeaky pipes when other rooms showered. The last night the hotel was evacuated but we were never told we could go back in by the staff. We just went back to our room.

Great property! Staff was great! If you are one to always book at an Embassy Suite, the happy hour snacks are just cheese and crackers. Really yummy and great options, but don’t plan to get filled up on them as I know some others offer more options. Breakfast was great! Lots of options there with omelet bar etc. If you have kids and they want to swim, the pool is very small. Overall, these were just some comments from my husband and kid. I found it to be great and will definitely stay here again!

We loved the hotel and where it was located. The front desk staff, Marvin, Courtney, and Dinah were awesome to work with, gave great information, and showed us how great New Orleans hospitality works. Unfortunately, we had to move to a different room TWICE! Room 208 had dust on the A/C coils, and the unit was about to burn up. The second room 207 the tub wouldn't drain, so, we had to move to room 203. Thank God it was the last stop, or my wife would have lost it. Kudos to Robert Baptiste, Lawrence, and I'm so sorry to forget the other Maintenace man's name. I would suggest having more frequent Planned Maintenance of the rooms, when it comes to A/C and drains. Kudos to the concierge service provided by Keith and Dailya; they were great to talk to and get valuable info. I really can't say enough about Marvin and Courtney, if there was a scale of 1-10, they would get a 12. They both have awesome people skills and an excellent attitude.
