Front desk staff was good but not friendly, sometimes seemed bothered to help. Valet was HORRIBLE. Absolutely awful. Room itself was nice and well kept. Very high ceilings, big bathroom. Left an item in the closet and the front desk has not answered my calls for over a week now. Even called Hilton honors and they can’t get in contact with the hotel either. Some good things- but the negatives of our stay were too glaring to ignore.

The rooms were great. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We have large poop and they're always accommodating. Location perfect it's a 5-minute walk to the trolley lots of shopping on the area and restaurants Riverwalk outlet malls so so so great We will be back
