Couldn't ask for a better location. Could walk to just about everything, but still nice and quiet at night. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One caveat - don't bring a car to New Orleans!

Our basic double bed room was so small there was no room for a chair to sit on. Mattress pad forced us to roll into the middle of the bed. Bathtub had been painted with white paint which peeled when we used the tub for bathing or showering. There were two paper cups with cigarette butts left on the balcony by previous people. No phone in the room when we needed to contact front desk due to loud arguing from 2am-4am Monday morning. We appreciated the close proximity to all the attractions. The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. The front lobby is clean and offer a good selection of snacks and beverages.

Terrible place

Terrible place. Staff was not friendly and room did not get cleaned several days. This hotel has a not worth the price. Room had no window and was not insulated. You could hear the snoring of the couple next door. Ac/heater unit was noisy. On top of it, they had plumbing problems and woke us up with banging pipes 3 of the 3 nights. One day we had to let the plumber into room at 9 am and the next day we were told they were shutting the water.

Great property. Amazing location within blocks of Louis Armstrong park and great local spots close… kind of disappointed that I paid for a late check for 2pm but every thirty mins I had someone walking into my room after 12:00pm! Just wanted to sleep in after attending mass on Sunday morning

From the property manager to the staff and the guests everyone was GREAT. One of the ladies felt that the towels could be whiter. We noted that they did not straighten the sheets daily. Towels were replaced daily. Not many things were complimentary. Wonderful location to shopping entertainment and transportation.
