Never will return or use IHG again.

The lady checking me in was rude to the point of almost trying to provoke an argument. It wasn’t me because I asked someone checking in next to me if they noticed the attitude. Answer YES. The shower bathtub was hard to work, dirty, and was draining VERY slow. See dirty. Was only told about “destination fee” of $30 at checkout. Was told this covers the cost of common area. Asked like what common area and answer was LOBBY. Are you kidding.

Excellent location! Quiet hotel and brand name. Large rooms, nice staff. Lobby furniture needs upgrade as well as some furniture in the rooms. Looks very worn. Otherwise, terrific!
