Settle into the rhythm of New Orleans from one of its most storied neighborhoods - the Lower Garden District, where cast-iron balconies, live oaks, and the hum of the streetcar set the scene. This renovated three-bedroom home strikes a balance between classic Creole character and thoughtful modern updates, giving you a comfortable base to eat, explore, and unwind in true New Orleans fashion.
Living space
The heart of the home is a warm, light-filled living room anchored by exposed beams that nod to the building's history. Sink into the seating, pull up the 50" HDTV, and stream your favorites across Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix. Central air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter the season, and fast Wi-Fi alongside a dedicated workspace with a door means staying connected is never a hassle.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms offer a restful escape after long days in the city, each dressed with cotton bed linens, room-darkening shades to block out the morning light, and clothing storage to help you settle in properly. With three beds and 2.5 bathrooms spread across the home, groups and families have the breathing room they need.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is the kind you'll actually want to cook in - stocked with a Frigidaire refrigerator, Frigidaire electric stove, Frigidaire single oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a home-cooked meal, or kick off the morning with a cup of coffee before heading out to Magazine Street.
Bathroom
Two and a half bathrooms mean no queuing for the morning routine. Guests will find shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products already in place - just arrive and unwind.
Family-friendly extras
Traveling with young children? A pack 'n play/travel crib and a folding or convertible high chair with food tray are both available upon request, and the team can point you toward babysitter recommendations if needed. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, safe, and first aid kit round out the practical essentials that make longer stays feel easy.
Outdoor space & parking
A private entrance leads out to a patio and backyard - a quiet spot to take in some fresh air. Free street parking is available, and self check-in via smart lock means you can arrive on your own schedule without coordinating with anyone.
Location
Magazine Street is a short walk away, with its stretch of independent boutiques, neighborhood cafés, and local restaurants. Annunciation Square sits nearby for a quieter moment outdoors.
