Great boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood with close access to all the best NOLA places to visit. On street parking was always available when we were there. Nice bar/cafe and outdoor space too! Super friendly staff.

We enoyed everything at this quaint hotel. Very clean. Wonderful staff. "Blue" was quick to answer questions about the area and fix us up with food or drink. The other staff were just as nice. Could walk to trolley in 8 minutes. Neighborhood was pleasant with one exception. So not bad. We also loved the tropical patio area. !!

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, nice bar and coffee shop and extremely friendly staff. The only downside was the room was very small for a family of 4, the beds were not that comfortable and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. We may have just been unlucky with the room we stayed in.

Room was as expected-basic but fine. Not good is that the room was very cold on arrival. I turned the heat on and it took about 15 minutes before I got any heat. Then I noticed the hvac unit in the room was dripping onto one of the beds. Shower took at least 5 minutes before the hot water came on. Also - be aware that there are limited food options on site or nearby.

The hotel offers beautiful lounge areas and the rooms were very clean. It was definitely a smaller hotel than expected. But it was exactly what my family needed for the Holidays.
