The NOPSI was perfect in every way. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff - so friendly and helpful, room was large, spotless, huge bathroom, quiet. Location was brilliant - an easy walk to everything. This will be the only hotel we stay at in New Orleans now - nothing else could compare. The absolute stand out though are the staff!!!!

The room was nice. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Has a nice decor. The staff was great. Sean was outstanding!. All of his reccomendations were spot on. the room was REALLY CLEAN! staff was nice and very attentive. they DO NOT answer the phone though. i suggest when you get ahold of them the first time have all your questions together, because that might be the last time hearing from them until you check in. didn’t get breakfast or visit the bar, but they did give a drink vouchers!
