The staff was very rude on multiple occasions. Also the rooms have basic tv. They don't have any streaming service, paper view movies or anything. They need to update with the "times" like every other hotel in the area.

From the moment we arrived at the NOPSI Hotel, we were met with warm, genuine hospitality that made our stay unforgettable. Our very first encounter was with Amber at the valet, who not only greeted us with a bright smile but also suggested a lunch spot that turned out to be absolutely amazing — a perfect way to kick off our trip. At the front desk, Sean truly redefined what great customer service looks like. He went out of his way to welcome us, even taking the time to write up a personal list of suggested places to eat, visit, and explore in New Orleans. His thoughtful recommendations made our trip feel even more special and local. Another standout was Dominque, the bellman, who greeted us daily by name and made sure we felt valued and seen throughout our stay. His kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed and added a personal touch that elevated our overall experience. The staff at NOPSI made us feel like more than just guests — they made us feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its beautiful property and great location but for the people who make it shine.

The property is ok. My room had stains in the carpet, the mini refrigerator didnt work and when I called for maintenance he said he would send another one, no one came. Our waters and drink and leftover food just wasted. I asked for my room to be cleaned they did the bare minimum didnt even put the decorative pillows back on the bed after they changed the sheets.
