Walk into an oasis of style and comfort with our stunning townhouse nestled in the heart of New Orleans. The spacious living area manifests casual elegance with its sumptuous queen pullout couch, large TV, and chic decor; a perfect venue for a relaxed gathering after a day of touring the city.



Each of our six bedrooms is a sanctuary of sophistication and relaxation. Plush queen-sized beds swathed in ultra-soft linens assure undisturbed sleep, while the generous storage space ensures a clutter-free stay. A total of 2 gleaming bathrooms, each fitted with modern amenities such as bathtubs, body soap, hot water, shower gel, hairdryers, and essential toiletries offer a spa-like ambiance for your daily grooming rituals.



For culinary adventures, our fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and ample cooking basics. Prepare sumptuous meals enjoyed on the large dining table that seats everyone comfortably. The generous patio beckons outdoor living with its fire pit, dining area, and furniture, perfect for BBQs, parties, or hosting an authentic crawfish boil — all encapsulated in a casual yet stylish outdoor setting.

My stay here was amazing. I enjoyed both units it was a pretty quiet area for my family to have privacy. There was enough room for everyone to spread out into. I enjoyed the primary room the most very large space and very clean!

We absolutely loved our stay here the day of our wedding in New Orleans. There was plenty of room for our group and the balconies, porches and backyard area were absolutely wonderful. We have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Chic Oasis was great!

We had a large group so it was nice to be able to spread out into both units but still be near enough to enjoy our family time together.George was a great communicator, always prompt with his replies, and it was nice of him to provide us with restaurant and shopping suggestions, as well as which streetcar was nearest. We will definitely consider staying at the Chic Oasis again the next time we're in New Orleans.

Loved the property! For the price it was very convenient to everything. This included, but not limited to, the airport, Magazine St, Bourbon St, Decatur St, the Superdome, the riverwalk, and numerous other museums, restaurants, and shopping! When we got to property upstairs unit hadnt been cleaned from previous guest. Owner responded right away and sent out a cleaning crew. Also gave an option for a another unit. We decided to wait for upstairs unit to be cleaned. Other then that it was a very nice stay.

The property is very close to the nightlife and the Superdome which makes using car ride services very convenient. If you drive there you will have to leave your car on the street. Unfortunately during our stay we were given the wrong access code to one of the lofts (they are two separate connected lofts) and one loft had no hot water for our entire stay. I would have liked to rate the property better but things did not work out as planned and there was no real solution or mention of reimbursement for the lack of hot water.
