The room was clean and updated, But they didn't have toilet paper so I had to call the front desk they never sent it I had to asked the housekeeper that luckily was on the hallway..but the worst thing was that was no hot water for 2 days

This was our second visit here, and we were very disappointed. The front desk was more concerned with gossiping with each other than helping guest. I called down three times because we were having internet issues. I finally went down and she just handed me a piece of paper and told me to call tech support. The next morning we went down for breakfast. It too 20 minutes to get water, and when we finally got our food it was cold. We just went somewhere else for breakfast. We had a great time on our first visit, so we expected more from the staff. We won’t be returning.
