I checked in at the front desk. Was told I would get a text when my room was ready. 2 hours pass and I flew it back in line to check in. When I got to the front the worker said “oh yeah your room is ready I just haven’t had time to text you”. I was waiting for hours for a text that was a simple click of a button to send.
