I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned. However, I was appreciative of Denesha/Deleyah (sp.) who gave me a new room and access to the club for complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails. There was something wrong with the door/key system. I spent a great deal of time locked out of my room, waiting to get rekeyed keys, or waiting for someone to come let me in my room. It was a huge inconvenience.

Everything about our stay at the Sheraton during Mardi Gras was exceptional...service from the staff, location, comfortable bed, cleanliness of room, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Check-in neglected to alert me about extra local stay charges and incorrectly told me I’d get daily credits to use at all 3 dining options onsite. Tub drained very slowly after shower. In-room coffee maker blew outlet circuit breaker constantly. My “privacy please” door hanger disappeared and they never bothered to put another one in my room for my use. Sheraton booked me next to extremely noisy neighbors who I could tell were traveling with another room who should have had the door-adjoining room assigned to them so they weren’t constantly yelling in the hallway for someone to open the door at all hours of the day and night.
