The check in process was overwhelming and over stimulating. Massive lines, not sure of where to stand for check in, no worker directing the influx of mardi gras traffic to maintain order. Could barely hear the person checking you in once you reached the counter. Mobile check in or check in kiosks would be amazing to have here. Valet was very unorganized and chaotic. Valet workers told you different things so you were constantly confused so no good communication between them on the busiest of days. The room was dated, not very clean and the bathroom was terrible. The shower went from cold to lukewarm to scolding hot in seconds to repeat again and again during shower. There was rust and lime build up in the shower. They barely gave you tissue paper. The ice machine on the floor did not work at all. The only good thing was the location, the room view was nice. But by check out I was over the experience and just ready to go home. Workers were nice for the most part and some made you feel like you were bothering them. Checkout process felt like the check in process, chaotic and unorganized. First mardi gras experience here and not happy about it.
