Incredible condo in the heart of downtown! Just 4 blocks from Canal Street, and the French Quarter. You'll enjoy a new king-sized bed in this luxurious condo, and the best views of the evening sky via the space's exclusive skylight. We are a 6 minute walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter! Centrally located, any attraction in the city is walking distance away or a very quick Uber from the suite. The Caesars Super Dome is less than a mile away making for the perfect game day experience!
A completely private space providing an intimate setting for couples with a skylight and an extremely comfortable king size bed! We also have a SmartTV with easy Access to your Netflix / Hulu / Amazon Prime Video accounts & much more!
Professionally designed, filled with local art, and featuring a suite of modern amenities, our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Studio can comfortably accommodate couples and small groups of families. This is the perfect place for small groups seeking only the best of New Orleans!

The Central Business District (CBD) is a mix of high-rises, boutique hotels, lively bars and sleek eateries serving modern Cajun-Creole cuisine. Venerable performance venues include the Orpheum and Saenger theaters, staging concerts and musicals. There’s upscale shopping in the South Market District and on palm-lined Canal Street, the latter of which is also home to the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and a casino. Public Transit:
The St. Charles Streetcar line passes in front of the building and the Canal St. Streetcar line is just 4 blocks away and will take you to almost all places in the city you'd need to be for $1.25/ride per person or $3 for a day pass.
Driving:
There are parking lots nearby that vary in price from $15-35/night depending on how far you're willing to park/walk but with everything in walking distance or a quick streetcar ride away we don't suggest bringing a car to the CBD! Street parking is available but not guaranteed, when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.
Ride-Sharing:
Uber/Lyft are readily available in the area.
When not occupied by guests, the property is the full time residence of the owner. Space is sanitized and cleaned prior to each check in.
