One bedroom apartment in an 1870's era historic multi-unit creole cottage. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. A great base for your long visit to New Orleans. One block from the hippest intersection on the St. Claude Arts Corridor. Ten minute walk to Frenchmen Street jazz clubs. One mile to the world famous Jackson Square. Cheap Ubers or easy walk to French Quarter, Bywater, and Marigny. Immerse yourself in local art, music, and food and then come home to a quiet comfortable space.

The first floor has a large open layout with living room (smart TV apps but no cable), full kitchen, dining room, desk, pantry, laundry room and half bathroom. There is an office desk with an external HDMI monitor for your work-from-home needs.

Second floor features the bedroom (queen size bed), walk-in closet, and full bathroom with shower. Portable crib (Pack n Play) and child booster seat are available if you need. Access to the apartment requires stairs from the street and an interior staircase means the space may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility.

The house is on a quiet residential street, but very close to a busy intersection. There is free street parking. Streetcar stop and several bus lines stop 1-2 blocks away. Easy to walk or bike downtown.
