Location was decent as well as the value. But room was not well maintained. Curtains were ripped so you couldn’t fully privatize and there were apartments across. Also a loose tile in the shower, which is a hazard. Parking at $51 a night is crazy. There is a convenient lot a block away for $25.

Although the hotel is well located, the rooms are very damp and dusty. The air conditioning ducts are visibly dirty, and dust mites are noticeable in the air. I suffered from respiratory allergies throughout my stay. It is important to clean the air conditioning ducts, remove the carpeting from the rooms, install laminate flooring, and install dehumidifiers in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
