No hot water. NONE!

This hotel doesn’t have hot water. They know it’s a problem. They won’t fix it. They won’t change you to a different room. They didn’t call or let us escalate the issue to a manager. We couldn’t get our money back to move to a different hotel. The staff was horribly rude and uncaring. Made us feel like it was our problem and what do we expect?? Expecting hot water is asking too much for this hotel.

The check in was easy and lobby was clean- parking was limited. The room cleanliness was terrible- vent in bathroom was filthy, requested it be cleaned, apparently they swatted at it with a washcloth and called it clean. There was mold on the caulk in the shower, and we asked 3 times for the floors to be clean- we eere there for 5 days- they said they only mop floors weekly- never mopped. I wouldn't recommend this facility fue to the lack of cleanliness due to housekeepers. All other staff were pleasant and accomodating.

Almost perfect!

Room was clean and in good working condition EXCEPT the shower caulking was riddled with mold. I placed a towel on floor of shower to as wet touching edges. Also the showers have no soap dispenser. They do provide a bar of soap…but no place to store it while washing and rinsing off.placed it on the towel inside shower but that’s quit a distance to reach for this 80 year old couple. Breakfast was great, super clean, nice choices. Just address the shower situation to make it a very nice experience.

One of two elevators was out and ice machine on 2nd floor was out of service. Apparently some kids were jumping in elevator and caused the outage but caused major inconvenience for all! Staff very friendly and mostly clean facilities. Very convenient location - close to downtown and a public beach!

Building new and in good condition. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Quiet with convenient parking. Room floors require cleaning - not just vacuum. Breakfasts were inconsistent with key items like bacon and peanut butter running out early. Hygiene practices need to be improved - should not have to select utensils like forks and spoons by the eating end - it’s almost impossible to select without touching others. Staff should wear gloves when changing garbage next to coffee. Especially when they’re preparing and the food items.

Reasonable price, clean

The room was large being handicap accessible. We were in the front of the hotel, which was a little noisy with the highway, but the staff was friendly and the breakfast area was clean. We were able to walk on main st to have dinner which was nice. I would go back.

We have stayed here 3 times. The entire hotel is clean, has comfortable beds, and very friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect for walking to downtown New Port Ritchey. Breakfast is good-eggs and corned beef hash was great. And ability to make waffles was a nice addition. Coffee available before breakfast was appreciated. And thank you to the lady in charge of breakfast. Great job and she was very professional and friendly. The young person at the front desk was kind and helpful to store our luggage. Will return again.

It was the single worst experience I've had especially paying that price for the room. The man at the front desk was in a bad mood I guess I don't know but it was definitely not somewhere I ever want to be again. I will literally avoid that entire area just to not go near that hotel based off of the way I was treated. Very very very bad wld not recommend to my emeny. Also I had to go on the elevator travel all the way downstairs just to get ice in the middle of the night and was actually charged for a bottle of water which is not a problem but if I'm telling you I have an issue I think the least you can do is provide me a complimentary water there's no vending anywhere

Like: New Large room Comfortable bed Covered parking Internet was good Check in person was friendly Dislike Dirty floors in room - wiped a spill and a lot of dirt came up. Breakfast is hit and miss - mostly miss. Food section is horrible, Items are depleted like eggs and bacon, english muffins, peanut butter and ham Really bad weak coffee in rooms and in breakfast area Kitchen staff changed garbage container next to coffee with no gloves. Forks and spoons should be available without touching the actual eating part of utensils. You can’t avoid touching other utensils. Very bad health risk. Suggest either not offering breakfast, maybe provide a coupon to eat elsewhere. Or changing menu to items that do not have to be cooked on site.
