Cable tv included wireless internet included.You will love the backyard as it has a beautiful heated pool with plenty of pool decking for sun bathing and a mini sand box for the kids.The yard also hosts a tiki hut with bbq grill and a 40ft dock you can fish from.Access to boat,kayak and jetski rental available only minutes from the house.Its only a 12 minute boat ride to anclote island and the sand bar.You can enjoy plenty of amenities and family fun since it’s only 25 minutes to clearwater beach,30 minutes to tampa,60 minutes to disney,15 minutes south to the greek sponge docks,35 minutes to bush gardens,35 minutes to Weeki Wachee mermaid show.
