Staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and well kept. The rooms were large, updated, clean and well appointed. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to any one who asked.

Very pretty and nostalgic Hotel. Great staff. Oscar at guest services is fantastic! Very polite, funny and welcoming. He told us all the good places to go and dine The hotel lobby, restaurant and sitting areas are beautiful. A very quiet place to just relax. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. My wife and I will definitely return to the Hacienda Hotel.

The dining areas in walking distance were limited based on the day we went. The doning in the hotel was awesome. The heat was unusually hot so going outdoors was limited as well. The hotel was quiet unlike modern hotels where you hear every entry into neighboring rooms. The ac was very cold.

It was VERY good for the most part. They had an event with music that was very loud in my room and kept me from being able to get dinner at the hotel. Not a big deal but just saying. I love this location. Wish the rooms were a little bigger or just had a workspace that I could work remotely on my laptop. Maybe a fold out table in the hutch would be nice, (just a suggestions).

This is the first negative review that I have ever written. From the start of the stay until our morning meal, it was disappointing and frustrating. The place itself is beautiful, room was adorable- perfectly clean, detailed in aesthetic beauty down to the trim on the ceiling. The problem began upon arrival. The was no place to park. Not one open spot. There was a festival in town and it seems as though without a parking pass, people attending the festival and not staying at the hotel took the spots. I attempted to call the hotel, to ask where I could park. I tried for over 30 minutes and no one answered the phone. We gave up, left the area to eat dinner, continued to attempt to reach the hotel with no answer. Upon returning, we parking behind another vehicle.

Checked in late...lovely front desk receptionist...lovely from desk receptionist also while leaving..fabulous clean room. The hotel itself is so beautiful that words won't be enough to describe it. Super clean, comfy and just a great stay.
