Turtle Tracks is a premium oceanfront home with direct beach access and expansive ocean views from the main living areas and upstairs primary suite. Located at the water’s edge, the home is within walking distance of Flagler Avenue.

This renovated four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is well suited for group stays. An open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, all positioned to take in unobstructed ocean views through large windows and sliding glass doors. A sectional sofa anchors the living space, and a flat-screen Smart TV on a full-motion mount is visible from the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The home features one of the largest oceanfront patios in the area. The expansive travertine paver patio sits directly at the water’s edge and offers multiple seating areas, including shaded lounge seating, outdoor dining, a propane fire pit, a bar-height table, and a portable solo smokeless fire pit. Three steps lead directly from the patio onto the sand.

Sleeping Arrangements

Upstairs Primary Suite: King bed, ocean views, private sitting area, large balcony, and en-suite bathroom with freestanding tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities.

Amazing Stay

Everything was perfect - the location was incredible. We had amazing weather and enjoyed the beach every day. Only wish would have been to have had beach chairs at the property - but we bought some and was happy to leave them for the next guests. Thank you for an incredible vacation.

Disney/Daytona 500 Family Trip

Rented this house for our family to use during the week leading to the Daytona 500 and it was perfect for us! Spent one day going to Disney, then took advantage of the beach front to play in the sand and water. Great place for a family to stay and play!

Another Fabulous Thanksgiving Stay

This is our third year renting with Turtle Town Vacation Rentals and we can't say enough positive things about them. We changed rental homes this year and love this one even more! The deck with direct access off of the living area is just spectacular, with several sitting areas and a gas firepit perfect for the cooler autumn months. All of the Turtle Town properties have very well stocked kitchens for cooks. We particularly appreciate this since we spend our family Thanksgiving here and do all the holiday cooking without a hitch. This year we were even able to have our dinner outdoors on the deck. If you are looking for the perfect beach holiday for a group. look no further.

Awesome Location

This was a fun location. Love the New Smyrna area, we went for Daytona Jeep Beach but stayed in the New Smyrna area more than Daytona. Fun area for shopping, beach, restaurants, fishing, beautiful sun rises, and more. Had a blast renting electric bikes and exploring the area.

Enjoyed the morning sunrise over the ocean. Can't get any better !!! House was nicely laid out and plenty of room for my family of 7. 4th bedroom off the master is a little odd - but worked fine for us. Issue with the dryer was resolved day before check out by the property manager (who also clarified we didn't need to try to wash all the towels and linens and she would help! Thank you !!) It was different being on a beach that was drive on with vehicles - but it didn't really interrupt our view. Loved all the little shops on Flagler Ave

Daytona Family Vacation

As always Turtle Tracks and Natasja were awesome. The house was everything that we expected. Sunshine, ocean, beach walks and of course the Daytona 500. I highly recomend this home as a home away from home for any family vacation

Beach Front Fun

This was a great spot for our group of 4 adults. Very quiet neighborhood. So close to shopping, restaurants, and brewery. Some within walking distance to Flagler Ave. We stayed here during he cold front that went thru during the holidays so the beach was pretty quiet. The beach is a drive on beach and no dogs are allowed. The house had everything that we needed. Loved just sitting and watching the waves from either inside or on the big patio! Saw a few dolphins swim by! Enjoyed our stay!

Great beach week

We had the best week and made the best memories at your house. The set up and location was perfect and we will definitely be back. You won't want to leave

The house, ocean front patio and location are all awesome. This was our 3rd stay here and it seems to get better every year. Must do's for us every year, rent golf cart for the week, go to The Garlic a couple times, and lots of cornhole on the beach and back deck. Natasja is a great host, very responsive when questions arise but you won't have many issues
