This beautifully appointed condo has been meticulously designed for comfort and convenience, offering all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Recently renovated with brand-new furnishings as of February 2024, it boasts a cozy, open-concept living space, including a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a dining area that comfortably seats six.

After a fun day at the beach, unwind in the living room, complete with a massive 90-inch LED Smart TV. Kick back in one of the two full-size recliners, or stretch out on the brand-new full-size sofa bed. The condo also offers a well-stocked game cabinet, filled with board games, puzzles, and DVDs for all ages, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) to keep you connected. Need to catch up on work? The guest bedroom features a versatile folding desk, which can be used anywhere in the condo for your convenience.

The entire condo underwent a complete renovation in May 2024, ensuring you enjoy a fresh, modern space throughout your stay.

When it's time to rest, retreat to the plush king-size bed in the master bedroom, or let the kids drift off to sleep in the guest bedroom, which offers two twin beds with Tempurpedic mattress pads. There's also a twin XL folding cot with a Tempurpedic mattress for extra flexibility. If you prefer, you can also relax on the sofa bed in the living room. Since the condo is located on the ground floor, you can keep an eye on the kids at the pool directly from your living room, or step out onto your private lanai, just steps from the pool.

The shared courtyard features a cozy outdoor "living room" with comfy seating, and the sundeck offers stainless steel professional gas grills, brand-new shuffleboard courts, and plenty of seating for socializing or enjoying a meal with a view of the ocean. For those who love to swim, you have two large pools to choose from: one for those hot days and another heated pool for cooler months. Plus, we provide four beach chairs, coolers, a beach cart, kids' toys, and noodles, so you can make the most of your beach experience.

The Pelican Resort is ideally located just minutes from Flagler Avenue and one of Florida's last driving beaches, where you can drive your vehicle right onto the sand and park just steps from your condo. Our Property Includes:

Linens: Each unit is stocked with a basic supply of bed and bath linens, including one set of sheets per bed, one towel, and one washcloth per guest. Additional linens and towels can be laundered during your stay or brought with you.

Essentials: Hair dryer, hangers, iron and ironing board, brooms, vacuum, mop, rain umbrella, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach soft cooler, and a styrofoam hard cooler.

Stocked Items: Paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper, limited laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets to get you started. Additional supplies are available at local grocery stores, including DollarStore and Publix, just 1 mile away.

Kitchen Items:

Pots, pans, roasting pans

Coffee maker (both Keurig and drip), coffee grinder

Blender, mixer, toaster, Crock-Pot

All necessary utensils and devices for preparing basic meals
