Friendly staff, clean room.
bathroom could use a little updating the fixtures were covered in scale and the shower floor creeked and cracked so much I thought I might fall thru to the floor below.
I was allowed to go into my room before it was cleaned to allow my 88yo father use the bathroom

Super clean room. The best were comfy and the room was cool when we arrived in the 95 degree weather. Three 1/2 stars because there was an annoying blinking light outside are window that flashed all night (could see it even when curtains were drawn) otherwise I would have given it four stars for the caliber of hotel it was.
Told front desk that both garage cans outside the doors were flowing over with trash. Was told they will take care of it and went back outside with the dog 8 hours later and they were still full. In the morning went to ger breakfast, no coffee wasnt able to even make coffee. It was after 7 am there was no one at the front desk to even ask for coffee. Nothing to make waffles but they had the pan just nothing else.

The room we had felt newer and cleaner than I expected at the lower price point. However, no elevator was a pain when having a cooler with us.

friendly staff, room was clean, building was a little run down.
The property was clean, beds were comfortable, overall a nice stay. Didn't see staff too much. Check in was good and the gal was very friendly. The first morning breakfast was slow getting set out, past the posted breakfast start time. Limited choices, but ok. The 2nd morning the staff got breakfast set out and stocked up in good time, he was friendly and helpful.
We had a perfectly fine stay at the harmony Inn. My only complaint would be that the soundproofing between the floors is not great because when you walk across your room, the people below you will get inundated with the sound. But if you’re just there for a night or two on a non-Sports weekend, you’ll probably be great.
We checked in after midnight coming from a stock show. We had to call a phone number, which was fine, but the person who I assumed lived at the hotel came down and was super weird and creepy and had no idea what he was doing and who’s room was who when he handed us our keys. Not one to really get creeped out but he ended up being on our floor when he came up and our lock on our door didn’t work and we propped a chair under the handle. Would most definitely never stay here again
The hotel did not have a record of my reservation made through hotels.com, however the front desk staff (with her manager's help) was able to rectify the situation and give us a room. She was very pleasant and helpful. And yes, I did receive a confirmation after booking.
