Noisy hotel, small rooms, lack of transparency in prices for certain items even though I didn’t mind paying. I stayed here after staying at the property in Copenhagen. The Copenhagen property is impressive. This Property is less impressive because you can’t even get a good night’s sleep.

The hotel front desk staff was great, however we got scammed in the restaurant -charged $43.20 for an espresso a coffee and large Perrier, when we went back to get our credit-the bartender somehow couldn’t find our receipt, and was super suspicious, the hotel credited us for the over paid amount but it felt really icky to get scammed in the hotel you’ve paid money to stay at. The rooms were so dark and had no proper light so as soon as sun went down it was hard to see in certain corners. Zero bathroom counter space and no good lighting to do hair and makeup. Will not be coming back to this hotel.

The Hotel is in a great location, just minutes from great shopping, restaurants, and of course Central Park. What really made me give 5 stars is the Shane at the front. He makes you feel so welcomed and always goes above and beyond to make sure you're having a great stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. Anything we needed, they were there to help. The attached restaurant is convenient and the food is excellent. The service is very slow but that allowed us time to get to know the tables around us. Would highly recommend this hotel.
