Decent stay but needs renovations

The front desk staff were polite and very helpful. So was the person at the breakfast bar. My main issue is the condition of the rooms. There were unfinished walls, scratches, and even a gap between the bed and wall. Its def time for an upgrade/renovation.

The team was amazing including the bartender and a resident who really helped us out a lot since it was our first time in New York and they helped us with directions and how to take the subway, and we had a great time our rooms were clean and there were food places everywhere! Love that part

The property does not have a microwave in the room. The elevator down to the property makes an odd sound. The room was modern and very clean.

The property was clean. The staff was nice and answered any concerns right away. There was entertainment downstairs on the nights we were there. The only thing I would suggest is to add microwaves to the rooms.

Drama with reservations

Always drama at this place even my VIP status don’t give me good service! I had two reservations and they didn’t connect them regardless of my prior request to do so. At time of entry drama (I had to come from a funeral) to get my daughter inside the place! And of course it was my fault!
