The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected but that was the only thing that bothered me. Overall, the service was excellent, rooms were clean, very helpful front desk assistance. Everyone was really nice and this hotel was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend and I would look forward to staying here again!

The view was from our room, staff were friendly, however rooms are small, the bathroom wasn't very private, for a single traveller, absolutely perfect, if you're sharing and would like a bit of privacy, the frosted glaass room divide for the bathroom doesn't provide thisthis isn't the hotel for you also no coffee making facilities

The room was moderately clean, however, when the person I was traveling with, and I were taking a nap, housekeeping kept knocking on the door and then opened the door, very little privacy. When I asked for a for a warm blanket, I was given a thin blanket. The bed was very rickety and not comfortable.

Initially we were placed in a different room. Walls were thin. Very noisy. Sink handle & toilet seat/dispenser were practically broken. We asked for another room & they graciously put us in another room. It was fine but there were yellow stains on the sheets. It’s a good hotel for solo travelers. Good location in koreatown. I wouldn’t recommend more than 1 person per room due to space issues.
