Nice hotel

Fantastic stay. The only thing I have to say is the noise of the air conditioning that would come on and Off every few minutes that woke me up in the middle of the night was a bit bothersome. The staff were attentive and super helpful and in general I would say it was a positive experience. The room service was top notch, shower water pressure was excellent

Fire spot in downtown soho

first place I went for a solo trip, I really appreciated the comfy escape. The whole entire place smells amazing , the staff is really nice. Food and drinks really yum, definitely going again.

Everyone was very nice and made us feel welcome. Food was excellent. Room was a bit on the small side and would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Close to subways which wss excellent.

Great location. Poor design. We stayed in the twin room. The toilet and shower are right at the foot of the bed with only a slightly frosted (see through) plastic panel. You hear all intimate sounds. Our neighbor set up a speaker on the terrace facing back towards the room and blared bad Phil Collins music. We called the front desk and they helped but it took over 40 minutes. We finally got peace at 12:30am. Staff was very nice though!

Tiny Rooms and Amplified bowel movements!!!

Well, I got an email offering me an upgrade to a terrace room which I selected, but when I checked in, they did not have any terrace rooms available!!!! The room was clean and comfortable, BUT THE BATHROOM IS SURROUNDED BY GLASS WITH A 2” SLIT IN THE DOOR - YOU CAN HEAR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!!! We had to blast music to keep from hearing each others’ amplified farts! Awful design, just frosted glass surrounding the bathroom and it’s about 5’ from the bed, amplifies everything!
