We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! 🌟 It was quiet, spotless, and cozy — everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking! The location is simply perfect — everything you might need is right nearby. The Oculus shopping center with a subway station is just steps away, there are cozy coffee shops, and the hotel itself has a restaurant on the 20th floor with an incredible view and delicious food. There’s also a very convenient parking garage nearby with easy access to your car, which is a big plus. Check-in was incredibly easy — we did it online and received our keys in just a couple of minutes. Check-out was just as quick and convenient, simply returning the keys at the self-service monitor. Thank you for the excellent service, perfect location, and wonderful atmosphere! We’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend this place to our friends.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 families. Both to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. I paide for the suites to look over the towers memorial. When i arrived, i was given one suite as requested and another on the bottom floor facing the alley with sleeping arrangements for 3. After a hassle, My family was able to secure a fold away bed to jam into the small room. I was told to email the manager, which I did, and received no response. The next day i spoke with the front desk and they were able to move my accommodation to the correct room type. Throughout this ordeal I received no response from the manager and was told at checkout that no notes were placed in the system. No discount, no sorry. Just a "deal with it".

I travel a lot to NYC but this is the first time I actually enjoy the location I stayed, the Finantial District is quiet, clean, slow paced and has great access to take the subway everywhere. This hotel was a great deal! Fantastic service and super clean
