Property gets all the basics right. There are a few key amenities like cold water refill stations (with bottles included) on each floor, and Chromecast availability on the TVs but not much else. Great location near Grand Central.

Fab stay

This hotel's location near a major transportation hub offers unparalleled convenience. A charming coffee room provides a relaxing space to unwind. Guests can also enjoy views from the outdoor area. Would give it Excellency here but my bed had broken springs in on right side of it and had massive dip in the bed. Had to sleep on opposite side! Shower pressure was awesome Good location had washing machines on level 3 so handy before flying out. Ill be back Happy customer from Melbourne Aus

Great stay at a central hotel

The hotel was in a great location (very close to grand central) and about a 15 minutes walk to Times Square. The room was on the smaller side and didn’t have much room for a big suitcase. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big. The only negatives were the noise levels outside which you could hear in the room and there was no safe in the room to lock away important documents. Overall, staff were friendly, stored our luggage after check out. We had a great time and stay at this hotel!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It's pristine, the staff are helpful and friendly. It's a great location and excellent value for the price which has been consistently lower than surrounding hotels. The standard queen room is small but comfortable and fine if you anticipate spending minimal time in the room. There is a lounge on the 23rd floor with a great view and amenities

I usually stay closer to Times Square, but I decided to branch out this time. I stayed for two nights and I did not really like this hotel, or the location of it. The surrounded area smelled like urine and is very very loud. However, the hotel staff was very nice and offered bag storage which I loved!

Great stay. Only complaint even though it's a 10/10 is the parking. Of course it Manhattan and NUC is busy but the parking was 5 blocks away. I wish there was parking on 47th or closer than 51st. But as long you get the stamp it's a 45 a night parking which it good for overnight parking in NYC. I had an Escalade so my parking was 65 for an oversized vechile. Really comfortable great city view no complaints outside parking
