Good clean efficient hotel

It was a good efficient hotel. Compact room. The room was across from the elevator and a lot of people using the elevator during the hot days - tourists - loud and frequent. The lobby staff helped with checking in because its starting to use ipads with Self check in type of features. Small lobby and a lot of activity. Untraditional. No place to sit. I chose to take the stairs to the 6th floor room because too many people lingering for the elevator.

Great service and quality!

Seamless check-in process thanks to Elias! Thanks to availability, I was upgraded to a higher floor, and my room was spotless upon arrival. The location is very convenient and lots of coffee/food options. I actually brought back take-out to eat at the open air rooftop, where there was plenty of space both outside on the patio and inside the lounge space. Free water, coffee, and tea up there was very nice. My favorite details was the free water bottle fill station on each floor by the elevators! In the summer heat, it was much appreciated.

Great room! Beats other hotels in the area. Comfortable bed, nice high quality linens, thermostat control right next to bed (genius), Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave in room, nice bathroom, amazing water pressure in shower. Will stay here again!

A great place to stay

I was a loyal returned guest to the place. I used to come to Manhattan every year before Covid and always stayed at Club Quarters at Grand central. I m so pleased to see the same qualities and professionalism have been carried on to the staff at the hotel. Some previous services such as the “ happy hour” are no longer there but people working in the hotel have made the place standing out. Special thanks goes to Joycelyn. Terrance, Aran Dawndro, and everyone, they have made my stay more pleasant. The rooftop on the 27 th floor is my favorite part and it adds special value for choosing Club Quarters Grand Central!

Great location and value

In town for a concert and decided not to return to the suburbs. This Club Quarters is super convenient to Grand Central and is a great value for the quality of the property. Especially good was the comfortable bed. The rooftop terrace was nice by day and night. 24-hour coffee and views.

Room small, but big enough. Elevators are inadequate for the size of the building. No microwave available. They promised to bring one to the room three times before admitting they had none.

The location was great, in the middle of everything you’d be seeing or going to do as a tourist in New York. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our bags prior to check in, and I seen they were also holding bags for guests who had to check out with later flights in the day. Hotel was clean and cool, and surprisingly not loud at all for being in a city.

The hotel was well located, easy to walk to everything and transportation. The desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms just right, comfy bed, very clean! The water stations on each floor and floor amenities like razors, toothbrushes, etc. was a really great touch! Loved my stay!
