I have never stayed in such a small room. But, this room had everything we (3) needed in a room, except a dresser. The people we met at check in were friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 25th floor, and never had to wait long for an elevator. This hotel is very close to local landmarks, we walked to many places.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a parking lot. The rooms were great as well - cleanly, quiet, and up to date, nothing seemed old or broken.

This was a quick weekend stay for us. It was reasonably priced and exceptionally convenient to the yellow subway line to midtown. It was walkable to the areas we needed as well as a conveniently located parking garage only a block away. The rooms are a little tight but functional. The footprint of this hotel is very small with only 8 rooms on each floor. That’s not a positive or negative just information. It probably lended to it being quiet. Two rooms on each corner so no one moving past your room on a hallway. The only drawback was when I was out I became in need of a New York Post for the following day. I called back to the hotel to ask if there would be any New York Posts delivered. The attendant at guest services did not know what it was, then when I explained it was newspaper, said she they were not delivered to the hotel. When I asked the nearest location I could get one she said she assumed a newsstand and did not know where I could find the closest one and did not offer to find out. Overall it was a clean, convenient stay for our quick business trip.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, causing both my guest and me to wake up with neck and back pain. We requested extra pillows for support, but it took nearly an hour to receive them, which didn’t help much. While I appreciated the hospitality, the lack of quality sleep significantly impacted our experience. Given the discomfort, I would like to request a partial refund.

This was a nice property to stay at, the staff were very friendly. The elevators need to be greased, they are extremely loud at night making it difficult to sleep. If this is fix I would stay again. Great location, close to transit.
