The hotel room did not match the photos. It was so dirty. Stains on the walls, curtains, and pictures. The manager switched my room but I was placed in another dirty room. Mini fridge did not work in was dirty, tv stand was damaged. This hotel is a dump.

Clean room, daily service of making up bed, replacing toiletries, fresh towels. Also, the disturbance from other guests were immediately dealt with when notifying the front desk in the early hours of the morning of December 31st 2025. We appreciated that The only downside was the strong scent of weed despite it was a non-smoking hotel.

The toilet bowl had dried poop on it, the room smelled like weed, went to the front desk and was handed a bottle of air freshener and was told to open the window while it was freezing outside. This is not a hotel I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
