Room was comfortable. The breakfast room on the 13th floor has a spectacular view of lower Manhattan. It was well situated for both Chinatown and Lower East Side access. The room was clean & warm during my below zero visit. booked an upper floor and was rewarded with a different view that the breakfast room.

Great. Small but every hotel room in New York is tiny. They were very clean. The early check in fee is a bit expensive but it’s close to everything and has a tv and essentials

Clean room and a quite building space. I expected the room to be bigger, but the square footage was enough for me and my daughter. We were not thrilled with the breakfast bar as we are used to seeing a pancake or waffle machine. Luckily there was a variety of fresh fruits that we enjoyed. Overall, I was satisfied with the my stay. Staff was cordial and kind. They put our bags in their storage after we checked out since we had a late flight.

The room was small, but neat and tidy. The bathroom was nice, good shower. Breakfast was very, very basic, but still appreciated. I liked the 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby. If you're looking for a basic place to stay for a good price, this one is OK. I will definitely consider it again on my next trip to NY, because that's all I need - a basic place to stay.
