Check in was fine. But the heat does not work in my room! The night front desk woman was rude!!!! Just a nasty attitude and short. Not helpful at all. Made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. Said she would send someone in the morning but I check out in the morning and I’m cold. This sucks hope I can get warm enough to sleep.

Booked a king size room, upon check in was told all the king rooms had been given away. Was given a handicap equipped queen room. The only compensation was a coupon for breakfast, which we already had breakfast plans in the morning. The hotel only has 2 small elevators.

The room was pretty small but everything was clean. Bathroom and shower was vey nice. The heater in our room was not working it service came right away to fix it. Elevators in the building are small and we had to wait several minutes to get on one.
