The property is definitely worse for wear. Elevators are slow. The rooms are tiny, and the finishings (paint, cabinetry, bathroom tiles) need touch-ups. The heating unit was unbearably loud and kept me up at night. There was no mini-fridge in my unit when I checked in. The television kept breaking over and over. The ice machine on my floor was broken, and that meant going down several floors to find the next one. The location is good, the staff are friendly, but the property needs a big refresh.

Staff was great and room was clean! Great location and walkable to many places. The only complaint if any was the small elevators. Some people waited a awaits to get down but it’s a hotel and if that’s the only complaint then highly recommend!
