Location is great to venture out in downtown and Brooklyn. The rooms here are pretty big size for NY. We had no issues during our stay.

This stay was wonderful and perfect for a family of four. Location was great. Close to 2/3 trains, M15 bus and the South Street Seaport. Loved the mini kitchenette in our room. We were also able to grocery shop near by and cook quick meals while also having a large size fridge and microwave. We will definitely be staying here again.

The apartment was clean and the staff were nice. However, the couch in the apartment has seen better days — we didn't want to sit on it. Also, the mattress and sheets weren't the best quality. The location was convenient. If you're looking for clean and basic this is a good spot, but if you're looking for a bit more comfort I’d suggest a different hotel.

We've stayed at Placemakr a couple of times now. Staff are really friendly and helpful. It's a short walk from the Wall St subway station and has plenty of stores/restaurants in the vicinity, so highly convenient. Rooms are clean and well maintained. When we stay in New York again, it will be at Placemakr.

Cleverly designed hotel room in NYC financial district. It’s very hard to find a “spacious” room in NYC with two separate double beds. Placemakr has that and a kitchenette. The smart design enables this. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was good. Checking in took time since their WiFi was very slow in the reception floor. The room was clean. The room we had was darker than in the pictures . WiFi doesn’t work properly if you are sleeping in the corner room queen bed.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in NYC for the price. Top value. If you are traveling with friends, this is definitely a top choice. It's not easy to find such a modern and well-designed studio type of hotel in NYC.
