This is not a 'hotel'. It's just a building with rooms in it. There is no desk staff at all. I couldn't get in to the building on Thanksgiving night and was literally waiting over two hours outside waiting for customer service to get somebody to let me in. The place is a youth hangout. It's not for serious people who are looking to relax. It's also in the middle of nowhere. You are literally right next to the highway. And the rooms aren't all that 'clean'. It was a miserable experience all around. I will 'never' go back there again, even if it was free.

I didn't like tge fact that there are no one live to talk to, and gwt assistance from. You have to be on the ohone for hours before you can get any kind of assistance. I couldn't figure out hiw to get into the building and didn't kniw where my room was, until i made several calls for help, and the number they have on the door wasn't any use to me. I had ti google The Archer online, to get the right number dor assistance, and the 45 minutes later i finally gotten someone who finally helped me. Iw wasn't the only one there with the same issues...

Do not stay here! Worst experience ever. No on site staff, no entry instructions, wrong key codes, then Constantly locked out of room and totally locked out for an entire day, only to be threatened the next morning with the cleaners throwing out my stuff If I didn’t check out, then gaslit, and accused of nevrf booking a stay by rude unprofessional, uninformed, untrained 3rd party customer service that are clearly overseas and readily yell and disrespect you after they refuse to answer emails or phone calls throughout the day and night. Ran into multiple other guests experiencing same or similar circumstances. The third party remote customer care line are the worst part of this failure of an operation. Thankfully I was refunded after they tried to fight that as well!

Customer service was prompt addressing any initial issues accessing the building. Shower water pressure was great and all appliances worked. It was a bit of an unusual layout and and well worn from lots of use. Also could smell cannabis from neighboring rooms even though it says smoke free building.

I stayed for about four days when we entered the room our code would not work so we had to call maintenance. Thankfully, it did not take two hours I’m not too sure why other people reviewed this place in the sense of they lack communication. You just have to also remember the time difference. The rooms are really spacious. Our only complaint I would say is that the shower could use a longer door so the water doesn’t splash out along with the shades in the room needs to be upgraded because they’re falling apart. But all in all as someone who works in a hotel, this was a very nice stay. And my partner and I look forward to staying here again once we’re back in New York.

There isn't one thing luxurious about this place. Its got a 2 rating for a reason. Custom service was seriously lacking. The reps on the phone are rude and could careless. I found a few roaches, the bathroom was like a closet. Honestly I'm really surprised and probably won't be using Expedia anymore for even having these scam artist on the site without warning. And no I didn't stay the entire time!

Do not book here!!!!!! Booked the condo and never was able to stay there. When we arrived code didn’t work to get in the entrance, took an hour for the customer service to let us through then gave us a room somebody was already in ( we walked in on the guests) and after I let customer service know I was hung up on and ignored until I reached customer service and both Robert and the other woman are rude and unprofessional. They told me there was nothing they could do. There was also another man in the hall that this was happing to as well except they didn’t even give him a room number and could not reach them so had to stay elsewhere. Seems like a scam to me or an extremely unprofessional business. Only reason we had somewhere to stay was thanks to Expedia putting us in a hotel that ended up being closer to where we wanted to be anyways.

Not what I expected for the price paid. Very Poor Experience. For Global Suite to be selling their product on Expedia they have understand the keys amenities and appropriate set up is important to accommodate all traveling class. I regret booking this place just my personal opinion. Will not stay there again. Positives Easy access to the building. Easy check in using the codes sent. Added popcorn was a nice touch. Negatives Horrible internet services. Loud bang throw out the day night which was unacceptable. Email management a few times regarding this issues no resolution did not take the time to look i to the issue. Requested a room change due to the noise nothing was auctioned. No housekeeping service. Stayed 5 days had run down staff who was very hard to find to get extras amenities. No attention to detail upon arrival, 2 adults and 1 face towel. Reservation states free bottles water did not received any. No proper towels racks for reusable purpose. No mirror only in the washroom. This is a standard amenity that should be included. It was hard to get ready without a mirror in the bedrom area. Fan in the bathroom not working properly. Not worth the price I am really disappointed I should have stayed at a Hotel instead.

This is my second stay here, and it won’t be the last. Just like last time I especially enjoyed the good water pressure and modern bathroom, and the fact they have washcloths for use, a real plus in my book. I also like their bed linens and pillows. Since I was in a room that faces the street right above the entrance I did occasionally get whiffs of cigarette and “other” smoke, but that’s just circumstantial geography and it didn’t bother me at all. There were a few scuffs and scrapes on the walls and around the AC that needed painting, but nothing structural. The place was clean and I made use of the mini-fridge, microwave and dishes. It was so nice to eat in that way, and it was all spotless. On my check-out day, I had a migraine forming and after speaking with the staff they let me stay an extra 2 hours which let my medication kick in so I could function. I was really grateful and the cleaning staff were so understanding and kind. The office even called me back later that day to make sure I was okay. Definitely booking again in a few weeks.
