After reading, mostly mediocre reviews of the Hyatt at Grand Central terminal, our expectations coming in, weren’t that high. Gladly, we were delighted by our stay. First and foremost, the location cannot be beats. It is central to everything in New York City. We had a corner suite, and the room was quite spacious. While it had somewhere in tear, it was comfortable and mostly clean. The Hyatt app was a great way to communicate with the hotel staff. The food and beverage options at the hotel are very limited, but you have NYC restaurants and options all around. Overall, it was a good stay at a good property.

Hotel is centrally located at Hrand Central Station. Lobby is dark and not inviting. Rooms are on the small side but clean and staff is very friendly.

I enjoyed that it was easy to walk from the hotel to the other places I had to go to: Central Park and Time Square. I enjoyed the easy early check-in and check-out: but I think it is because I have a Hyatt account. The bathroom is beyond outdated: the fact that the toilet is the same as one in a public bathroom is terrible for the price you pay for a room, and carpet smells. Will not return to this hotel, as you can have a cleaner accommodation for the same price else where.
