Best vacation ever! Staff sorted out last min transportation. Gave great service and advice. Room was spotless, cleaned, and tidy daily. Really awesome breakfasts. And the hotel was in the perfect spot to go exploring even with a cane. Would stay again if given a chance.

Room very clean and comfortable, towels thick, plenty of them, comfortable beds, lots of comfy pillows. Also good lighting for reading in bed, thoughtfully placed separately for each bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was able to get checked in 5 hours early with no additional cost. Location was perfect because it was within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge and is in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I’ve had and offered great variety with good quality food.
