The room always very very small. The pictures look very different. We had to keep our luggage in the closet bc there was no space to even put them on the ground. We had to walk in a single filed line and turn to the side to walk. ANYWHERE in the room it was kinda ridiculous.

We chose Hilton expecting a safe, secure stay with great hospitality, but unfortunately our experience was the opposite. Early check-in was very slow, guests arriving after us were given rooms first, and the reception staff were rude. Our room keys didn’t work, and it took multiple trips to reception before anyone helped. Security was also alarming. Someone entered our locked room while we were inside, and our concerns were dismissed. Although the assistant manager was professional and offered a one-night refund, we never received it, and the manager stopped responding. Overall, a very disappointing experience from a brand we expected much more from.
