It was a solid stay, good value for the area. My main complaint is the HVAC is extremely loud when it gets activated, so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue. The rooms are pretty nice but narrow, just be aware of this if you are traveling with family or a significant other and you both are carrying multiple bags, storage space could be an issue. Beds were comfortable, TV is good, rooms have a microwave, fridge, and safe so that is a plus. Bathroom sink area is a bit small but overall the bathroom is fine, shower temps and pressure were good. Overall it was a good experience, I would stay here again if the price was right.

Clean room. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Elevators are awfully slow but I think it’s a lot on user error. We’d wait up to 30 minutes on an elevator to go up or down. We were on the 32nd floor, so sometimes going down, we’d stop on almost every single floor. Rooms are small. We had 3 people and organized our stuff very well to keep our room functional for us 3. I couldn’t imagine having more pole than that in our room!

Room was clean, but small. The layout of the room and furniture choice did not provide sufficient storage space, and it was impossible to place out suitcases in a place where it didn't need to be moved to move around. The A/C system could not be set below 68 degrees, would short-cycle (run ~20 seconds and shut off), and the room was always too hot, even if the pop-in window open (only opened a few inches). After complaining twice about the A/C, a technician came to the room, and replaced the clogged air filter. The system still would not run for longer than 45 seconds before shutting down. Had to resort to using the hair dryer to trick the thermostat, then wrapping it in a towel to get any decent run-time and cooling out of the unit. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, but eating area is far too small. The lack of seating in the lobby, and roping off of a large area for luggage checking just makes it feel like an airport terminal. The lobby / breakfast / area is simply too small for the number of rooms in the hotel.

The valet area was unavailable for more than 30 minutes .Upon check-in we were told we could only have one room card very inconvenient when you have four adults in one room and you need the room card to access the elevators. The elevators system was horrible and packed. The Breakfast was sub-par for quality and choice .The valet service tampered with our vehicle, and we are missing a I phone charger

Although the rooms are small, that is to be expected for New York City. Decent breakfast and if you get there early enough, you can get plenty of food. The valet parking was a real plus. The place was clean and pretty well managed. For a busy hotel on New York City Times Square this was a nice stay.
