The experience not was the best, since the unkind front desk staff to the dirty room needs improvement. You need to do review each room when the client enter and leave a room, clean the showers, floors, and take out the trash. We ask in front desk for water and the employee tell us we can use the hall mashine, the client want a bottle of watter no fountain water.
The staff were helpful and friendly. For right in the middle of Manhattan it was really quiet as well. My only criticism is the breakfast. Unless you get there right at 6 am the seating is a nightmare. More frustrating is we saw plenty of people just sitting at the tables on their phones etc. I wish there was a way the staff could turn over the tables. We had to take plates back to our rooms every morning as there was no seating anywhere. Other than that minor frustration it was a pleasant stay!
The air conditioner was loud and comes on quick due to room being very small.

I will never go back again! The building is nice, the staffs are friendly. The rooms are extremely small as expected. However I won’t able to sleep at all because there is a “fresh air fan” right on top of the bed and very loud. It can’t be turned off! The hotel explains this fresh air fan is required by the city, and they can’t do anything about it. Does the city require the fan to be at this level of noise? If this review has function to upload a video, I will show you how loud the fan noise was. I can’t sleep in such a room.

Great location but that’s about it
Overall it’s a decent hotel in a great location. Free breakfast is ok but there’s not nearly enough seating in the food area. You’ll be juggling breakfast and your key card to go back to your room. The WiFi is slow and spotty. We spent a fair amount of time waiting for the elevator. Not great choices for television. We will be back but it’ll be because of the great location near broadway shows.

Very busy hotel. Elevators are terrible ended up taking stairs down 17 floors after waiting for an elevator for over 10 minutes.
