The front desk staff were all so nice, especially Nicholas🤗. The hotel was in a great location and super clean. The bed was very comfortable however, I prefer fuller pillows. The breakfast buffet looked great but we never ate there as it was always packed. If you don't like waiting for an elevator be sure to ask for a lower level room. Would definitely stay here again !!

The staff worked well with us during check-in to fix our changing itinerary. The room was decent and clean. The elevators did not work the following morning and we ended up hiking down 10 flights of narrow stairs. The breakfast set up was chaotic and there were not enough places to sit down. Overall, the hotel is close to subway stations and Times Square and is okay enough for a lower budget but would not be our first choice next time.

Warm and toasty in the summer!

Unacceptably warm room. They do not allow individual temperature control by guest; room temperature stayed over 70 at all times, during very warm summer days. Elevator use is a nightmare. Not enough elevators for property size. During some times of the day, more than 20 mins. wait to get in an elevator. Great location, though.

Right at Times Square! Easy walk to Broadway Performances. Several bus stops and 4 subway lines within a few block radius. Bed was comfortable. The only thing i didn't like was the A/C. You could lower the temperature to 68, but it immediately changed back to 70. So, there was really no control over the air temp- it was 70 and that's what you get.

Location, location, location!

Prime location to Time Square, multiple subway lines, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway Theaters. Rooms are tiny, but that's Manhattan for you. Service was great. We really appreciated the free luggage storage on our checkout day, so we were able to get in some more sights before our flight that evening.
