We loved that we were welcomed when we walked into the hotel lobby. We also loved that the room that we had was spacious and clean. We wish that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were refilled prior to our stay because it was empty. Overall, our stay was great and would recommend others to stay here.

I ask if can I can check at 2 pm the lady said yes. I ended up leaving early at regular check out time which was 9:30am. And drop the keys off and ask the lady to take the charger off due to me not needing the service anymore. Yet I was still charger. Great place and location but charge money for something i didn’t use was horrible.

No shower curtain in bathroom.

Our bathroom had no shower curtain and when we asked for one, we were told there is nothing they can do. What is the alternative? For the bathroom to be flooded? My family and I weren't able to fully relax after a whole day of traveling. Also, the hallways smelled very heavily of weed.

I appreciated how clean the facility was and had a spacious and inviting lobby/sitting area. Our room was also clean and spacious and had all the important amenities; coffee machine, fridge, microwave and hair dryer. They offered all the necessary toiletries esp great quality shampoo that had such a refreshing fragrance. It was so nice to have complimentary breakfast every day with a good variety of items. I only wish coffee was available 24/7 for those late or sleepless nights. And only other complaint was the sliding door to bathroom. It kept getting stuck on carpet. I called front desk to have it fixed the next day but when we got back from our day in the city, it still hadn’t gotten fixed. Oh well. The other features outweighed the minor inconveniences. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Hampton. It was comfortable, offered a number of much appreciated conveniences and helped to make it a very pleasant vacation. I’d def stay there again.
